Jennifer is a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Since 2020, she has been dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, strength-based therapy, and person-centered therapy.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, Jennifer is here to support you. She specializes in eating disorders and body image concerns. She has years of experience working with ARFID, Anorexia, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Eating Disorders, and Bulimia Nervosa at The Renfrew Center in the day treatment and intensive outpatient program. She is currently working towards her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, and watching sports. If you're seeking a supportive ally on your journey toward emotional wellness, she would be honored to accompany you on that path.
