Why Healthcare
Mental health concerns are sometimes pathologized to the point of reductionism. Through my work, I hope to humanize these challenges, approaching them as occurring across a spectrum of everyday human experiences. This view and the therapy inspired by it have helped me integrate the most challenging aspects of my human experience into a coherent self-concept characterized by acceptance and self-compassion. I hope to instill that in others.
