About
Jolynn graduated with her Masters in Education, Couple, and family counseling in May 2017. During her time completing her degree, she gained experience working with adults, children, and couples to manage symptoms of stress and mental health issues. With a combination of person-centered and cognitive behavioral techniques, Jolynn helps others establish the skills that they need to identify, express, and manage strong feelings they may be experiencing. Jolynn also loves to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques to ease the discomfort and promote a healthier lifestyle for those that she works with!
Taking the step to see a therapist can be overwhelming; however, you are deserving of support, encouragement, and healing. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space while working toward life goals and developing coping skills for life's challenges! Jolynn works to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns (for children), managing life stressors, and past traumas to find hope and strength and capitalize on it to promote overall health and wellness!

Why Healthcare
Working in the mental health field means truly and genuinely caring for others. Jolynn's passion for helping others comes from wanting to be the support others need when they feel that they have no one else to turn to. Jolynn strives to be a listening ear and offer education-based coping strategies to see others thrive in life. So often in life, others don't feel that they have someone they can rely on to not only listen to them but see them for who they are without judgment. Providing mental health care isn't just a job for Jolynn; it's a life purpose to help others through their struggles.
