Kathryn began her career working in the community mental health world, starting as case manager and working her way up to a Licensed Professional Counselor. She worked with clients of various backgrounds, ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. Kathryn enjoys working with clients who want to learn coping skills to make life's daily stressors manageable and identify possible triggers for these stressors. In Kathryn's free time she loves to spend time with her family, play with her cats and connect with nature as often as possible.
