Specializing in using the IFS model with adolescents and adults suffering a wide range of internal and external conflicts. This therapeutic framework assists us in getting to know and better understand the diverse elements of ourselves that make us who we are. It provides us distance and perspective from the various aspects of ourselves that are frequently at odds, clings on to firmly held views or behaviors, or cause problems for ourselves and the people we interact with. It assists us in accepting all of our parts and develop a trustworthy, enduring, and beautiful relationship between your parts and your deepest, wisest self. Kelly also specializes in anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional disorders and supporting families through life transitions and coping with traumatic events.
Kelly is effective at helping people of all ages who desire to transform their lives, strengthen their bonds with others, and become more connected and content with themselves. Your story needs to be heard, no matter what it is. It becomes easier to embrace the difficult aspects of our stories when we do it in a conducive and supportive environment, which enables us to let go and discover our purpose and gain fulfillment.
Fun Fact: Watching documentaries about historical figures is Kelly's favorite thing to do and she loves to binge-watch Law & Order- marathons are the best!
