The techniques he uses depends on what is best suited for you and may include: CBT, EBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, humanistic and systems approaches. His understanding of LGBTQ+ and alternative lifestyles.

Why Healthcare
Coming from a family with a history of both chemical and mental health related struggles, I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career where I could help those that were struggling. I discovered my passion for mental healthcare in the social justice and person centered approach in social work.
