About
Khalida traditionally uses Psychodynamic therapy. She likes to help clients identify their strengths and rework behavior patterns that no longer work for them. She believes in gently challenging long-held beliefs and attitudes so clients can see more possibilities for them. Khalida uses a relational style and encourages clients to bring their full personalities to the therapy room. There is room for joy and humor in therapy, as well as connection and growth.
