About
Kristen has always had the innate ability to quickly connect and help others. Her journey throughout life and her experiences shaped her approach to fostering empathy, human connection, and understanding. Kristen recognizes that we are all unique with our own story; therefore, her treatments are built collaboratively with each client to help them heal and become the best version of themselves.
Kristen has primarily worked with adults and teens diagnosed with addiction disorders and other mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. She has advocated with treatment centers, schools, courts, and family members to enrich education on mental health and break barriers of negative stigmas.
Kristen loves animals of all kinds and often volunteers at a local shelter to walk dogs or clean cages. She enjoys sunrises, sunsets, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with family and friends. She has a warm, welcoming personality and is eager to be a resource and guide for those in need.

Why Healthcare
Kristen understands the dire need to provide meaningful therapy for those struggling. Mental health affects everyone in some capacity, yet there remains such a negative connotation if an individual does not fit the “mold”. For some, these conditions are chronic, and for others may be more temporary, there should be no shame or guilt to relieve anyone of symptoms causing distress. We all deserve peace and happiness.
