Over the course of her career, Liza has worked in many clinical settings ranging from weight management, inpatient medicine, and trauma surgery and has worked with patients from all walks of life. These experiences have taught her the importance of building therapeutic rapport with her patients as the basis for providing care. Liza believes that mental wellness is the cornerstone to all health. Liza feels that highly personalized care occurs when she understands the patient’s needs and lifestyle and that care plans are co-created with her patients for optimal outcomes.
In her spare time, Liza spends time with her children, friends, and her pet parrot, Tookie.
