About
Life is full of complexities, ups, and downs. It can be a relief to have an unbiased and supportive resource to help shine a light on new ideas, ways of navigating the world, and relationships. Megan's goal as a therapist is to be a calm, caring, and honest force to help you manage life in a collaborative way. Megan holds the belief that our relationships with ourselves, the world, others, and most importantly family can influence where we are today and where we are going.
Megan has experience and training working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and emotional regulation difficulties. In addition to this, she has extensive training in working with parents and families. She is always working on bettering herself as a therapist through training, learning, and supervision.
When not at work, Megan can be found hiking with her dog Murphy and her husband, trying out new recipes to share with family and friends, or reading.
