About
I am compassion-focused and provide a non-judgmental, safe space where therapy is paced based on your needs. Therapy may be a new experience, and like anything new, it can be an adjustment, but to ease into the sessions, I bring my skills and personality. Yes, the focus is on the work/therapy, but it doesn't mean we can't share a laugh or two during the process. I enjoy laughter and spaces where I can bring my authentic self. I also enjoy baking, listening to music from the greatest era of hip-hop, the 90s, and learning to speak French.
