About
Rachel is a down-to-earth provider who believes in the acceptance of individuals for who they are. She infuses sessions with compassion, sincerity, and levity. She believes in hard work and the adage "if you change nothing, nothing changes." Rachel utilizes a variety of clinical skills to best fit the needs of the person in front of her, rather than giving generic feedback. She approaches therapy with both a trauma-informed and grief-informed lens. She has worked in various levels and types of care, from intensive treatment in a residential setting to behavioral health integration in medical and education settings. In her free time, Rachel enjoys being active through yoga, running, and weight lifting, or slowing down with a nice book on the beach.

Why Healthcare
Many people walk through life without visible signs of the heaviness or burdens that they carry. Rachel believes that providing mental health care is an opportunity to help others lighten and better shoulder the burdens that no one else sees. The reality is we all need support sometimes.
