Regan's goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and empathetic space for clients to bring their whole selves. Regan has experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds, including but not limited to folks who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, and personality disorders. Her practice is trauma-informed and person-centered, emphasizing the importance of understanding each client's current environment and overall lived experience.


Adopting an eclectic approach, Regan integrates various treatment modalities to tailor her work to each client's unique needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Regan also incorporates her 200-hour certified yoga teacher training, often utilizing breathwork and movement techniques to enhance her therapeutic practice.


Outside of work, Regan enjoys crafting and watching reality TV with her partner, Domenic, and their twin tuxedo cats, Charlie and Murphy.
