Sham's goal is to give her clients an atmosphere of safety where they feel free to communicate their thoughts and emotions fully. She draws on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapy elements.
On a more personal note, Shams enjoys walking and hiking with her dog and being a big animal lover. She likes to take care of plants and practice other mindfulness activities. Lastly, Shams enjoys exploring new recipes from different cultures and learning how to cook different meals.
