Why Healthcare
Like many, Sheray grew up in a family that was struggling with mental health and substance use. Sheray saw first-hand the benefits of the mental health profession. This gave Sheray immense compassion and patience, which later developed into an interest in dedicating her education and career to helping others. Sheray understands that we all experience life differently, and due to our environment, we may fall into unhealthy coping skills to fill voids. Sheray believes if we all had someone to talk to, it may not be avoidable, but it may make it easier to navigate adversities.
