Tabitha is a New Jersey-licensed Social Worker who began her professional journey in the field of Mental Health in 2015. She earned a Master's of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2020. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, Tabitha specializes in trauma-informed care and trauma-focused therapies. She firmly believes in empowering her clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and strength.
Through her years of experience, Tabitha has honed her skills in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, experiences, and traumas. She approaches each client with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to individualized care. Outside of her practice, Tabitha finds joy in music and is often found attending concerts or spending time with her dogs at home.
