Jamie is a Licensed Associate Counselor who earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from William Paterson University and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jamie has had the pleasure of working with adolescents and adults from a variety of backgrounds. She has experience treating individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, and family conflicts.

She makes it her priority to ensure the client feels safe in the space that is created and feels free from judgment. Jamie meets each client with unconditional positive regard and ensures the therapeutic process is a collaborative one. Jamie believes therapy should be unique to the individual and allows her clients to actively work with her to create a path for change.
In her spare time, Jamie enjoys hanging out with her friends and loved ones and spending time with her rescue dog, Benny. She also enjoys going for walks, trying new restaurants, and catching up on her favorite shows.

Why Healthcare
Jamie chose to enter the mental health field to help contribute to the accessibility of services to those who need it. Growing up, Jamie quickly learned there was a stigma around mental illness, and it was seldom talked about or addressed. She believes everyone deserves access to treatment.
