About our Columbus Location

Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Meet Our Providers

Dr. Noriyo Shoji-Schaffner, PhD, LPC

Throughout the years, she has devoted much of her clinical career to improving intercultural and cross-cultural approaches to navigating personality disorders and bipolar disorder, including anxiety and depression, marital and familial conflicts, and grief and loss.

Emanuel Werner, LPCC-S, LICDC

He has worked with clients in all phases of life in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, men’s issues, complex trauma, crisis stabilization, and co-occurring disorders, helping clients who struggle with mental illness and substance use.

Raquel Garrett, ME, LPC

Raquel is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with individuals with mental health and drug and alcohol concerns for the past three years, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

Kelsi Rooks, MA, LPCC

With her diverse experience, she has worked with individuals across different age groups and ethnicities, from children and their families to young adults and, most recently, adults in SUD addiction treatment. 

Jeanie Lisk, LSW

Jeanie is trained to address those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts. She will help you identify the drivers behind those thoughts and utilize mindfulness to address those issues keeping you in crisis mode.

Holly Mundon, MSW, LISW-S, CCTP, CDCA

Holly works with clients who suffer from grief and loss, trauma, Depression, Anxiety, gaining coping skills & boundaries, relationship and/or job stressors, life transitions, and general support.
