Why Healthcare
Amy was a special education teacher for 11 years prior to becoming a counselor. She witnessed kids in trauma were not learning. She realized that through resilience and hard work, anyone could facilitate their own healing. Their trauma can be a part of the past but not impact their present. She decided to change careers to help clients be successful despite the hardships of life. We all have the capacity to heal!
