About
Elyse is deeply committed to empowering individuals through counseling. As a newly licensed associate counselor and lay Christian counselor, she has honed her expertise in women's issues, trauma-informed care, emotional disturbance, and family conflict. Elyse is also passionate about educating and instilling a deep understanding of mental health disorders, trauma, and the importance of nurturing a healthy relationship with oneself. As a Haitian American, Elyse brings a unique blend of cultural clinical expertise and real-world experience to her work. She has over 15 years of experience in the human service field and continues to educate herself by pursuing certifications that demonstrate her dedication to serving others. When not serving others, Elyse can be found with her family enjoying homemade Haitian dishes, at church, binge-watching her favorite crime/legal or medical dramas, or on vacation.
