About
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view my profile.
If youâre constantly tired, overwhelmed, or feeling âoffâ mentally, youâre not aloneâand itâs not just in your head.
I work with high-functioning individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, brain fog, mood changes, ADHD-related challenges, and trauma/PTSD. Many of my clients appear to be managing life well on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in self-doubt.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a whole-person perspective, exploring how stress, life experiences, and daily habits impact your mental health and overall well-being.
Together, we work to:
⢠Reduce chronic stress and overwhelm
⢠Improve energy, focus, and mental clarity
⢠Stabilize mood and manage anxiety
⢠Process trauma and heal from PTSD
⢠Reset maladaptive self-beliefs and self-criticism
⢠Embrace your authenticity and reconnect with your values
⢠Build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness
This is a supportive and practical space where we collaborate to turn insight into meaningful change you can experience in your daily life.
