Jessica began working in the helping professions in 1999. She has a Master's degree in Counseling, is an independently licensed therapist in the state of Arizona, and holds a trauma specialization. She specializes in making people feel relaxed and welcome during their Intake appointments. Her therapy background includes adults with anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transition navigation. She is also an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and ally. Her previous clinical experience also included community mental health clinics, addiction recovery centers, a sexual assault crisis line, women's shelters, BIPOC populations, and non-profit agencies serving migrants and refugees. She identifies as a multicultural female. She has a calming demeanor and was a previous yoga teacher with a background in holistic living. Jessica also served at the Department of Education as a public speaker and workshop facilitator. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys gardening, hiking, and the Arts.
