Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Julie Attalla is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor practicing in New Jersey. Julie also has almost a decade of experience in substance abuse counseling and dual diagnosis.

Peter enjoys working with people from all walks of life, from children to adults, those just needing someone to talk things through with, to those needing help dealing with issues such as depression, grief, identity, anxiety, and those who have felt othered.
