About

Candice has been practicing in the field of psychology since 2015. She started as a Therapeutic Support Staff, working with children who have an Autism diagnosis. In 2017, Candice began working with transitional youth ages 17-26, helping them to navigate balancing a priority mental health diagnosis with transitioning to adulthood. In 2017, Candice went to Holy Family University to obtain a master's degree in counseling psychology. In 2020, Candice began interning at Network for Victim Assistance, where she became a certified sexual assault counselor. After graduating from Holy Family, Candice began working as a substance abuse counselor for 2 years, where she completed her licensure hours. Candice believes the most important aspect of counseling is building a trusting relationship with clients so clients are comfortable sharing and working through their mental health concerns.

Why Healthcare

I believe everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. People go through things in life that convince them they are not worthy of goodness. I want to be a nonjudgmental listening ear that helps people to be the best version of themselves.
