About
Caroline encourages a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Clients will be asked to utilize learned skills outside of the session on a consistent basis. Clients will be asked to identify areas that they would like to work on in therapy and will collaborate with her to develop a treatment plan with goals to work towards. They will be provided a safe space to process and identify their emotions. Clients will be provided with evidence-based skills to practice and incorporate into their lives.
Caroline works from a CBT and DBT perspective. Her specialties include working with clients who have experienced substance abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has experience working with children, adults, and families.
She enjoys helping clients develop effective coping skills and values the unique needs of the individuals she serves. Her sessions create a healing environment for each client to explore insights, process trauma, and navigate life transitions.
