As a clinician, Christina is passionate about supporting her clients and providing a non-judgmental, safe space for them to share. Christina has experience working with adults struggling with both mental health and addiction. She understands that life is full of ups and downs and that many factors can affect our mental health. Christina believes in promoting autonomy and assisting clients in overcoming any challenges. She aims to help people navigate and process any obstacles in order to create positive change. She utilizes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, compassion-focused therapy, and more in her practice.
