About
Cynthia has been married for multiple years, and has one child and loves to travel. She has a great deal of life and professional experience that she brings to her approach to building a therapeutic relationship and assisting individuals in addressing the challenges they identify.
Cynthia provides a safe, confidential and judgement-free environment that will provide with the space to share those challenges and explore solutions. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of addressing mental health, substance use, and developmental/intellectual needs.
She has worked over five years in a psychiatric hospital providing services to individuals in all levels of care. She has worked extensively with the homeless for the past ten years offering mental health services, housing and community-based resources. Her experiences have led me to realize that the most important aspect of all of my life’s work has been the people that I have met and the lives I have had a hand in improving.
Cynthia believes she is on a constant journey to be a better version of herself and enjoys sharing this passion with others as they work to do the same. She is compassionate about her care, and whether you feel you are ready for change or struggling with the idea of if change is necessary for you, she embraces the opportunity to help you on your journey.
