About
Jaye is a calm, compassionate provider who believes that the path to client success is collaborative and outcome-focused. Drawing from her wide repertoire of tools and knowledge, she uses an eclectic mix of treatment styles tailored to each individual’s needs, life experience, and end goals. Jaye believes that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all in good therapy and that clinicians must provide clients with space, reflection, and skills that they can use to achieve the life they desire—especially after the therapeutic relationship has ended.
Though Jaye has professional experience working with clients of all ages, a large part of her specialization has focused on older adults and the associated areas of healthy aging, meaning-making, life transitions, and more. Jaye also enjoys working with couples seeking to grow as individuals and in their relationships. Her research interests have centered around the relationships between evolving technology, the loneliness epidemic, and using nature to increase human well-being (such as through animal-assisted interventions and eco-therapy.)
When not working, Jaye spends her time in her pottery studio, hiking with her dogs, gardening, painting, reading fiction, and snowshoeing.

Why Healthcare
Jaye chose to meet the growing mental health crisis with her passion and expertise. Holistically viewing clients means understanding how they understand themselves and the world around them in order to help them see the patterns and solutions therein. Jaye recognizes that there is no physical health without mental health, that there is no community thriving without individual well-being, and that the best way to heal the world is to help even one person.
