Kimberly is a client-centered counselor who is motivated by spiritual beliefs and offers spiritual support to those who are interested. Her treatment approaches often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. She has served almost nine years in the Army National Guard and can understand the challenges of military life. Kimberly has worked in the addictions field for the last 2.5 years and has worked with many individuals who also struggle with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
