About

Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, and a proud alumnus of the Master of Social Work program from the University of South Florida and of Louisiana State University for her Bachelor in Sociology. Lindsay’s approach to mental health care is as warm and inviting as the Gulf Coast sun. She has dedicated her career to the well-being of her clients, focusing on creating a space where self-care and healing are not just concepts but lived experiences. She strives to provide a sanctuary of healing and growth that embodies compassion and professionalism.

Lindsay specializes in navigating the complex terrain of emotional wellness. Her commitment to her clients is evident in every personalized therapy session, providing tailored strategies that foster self-awareness and improve quality of life and resilience. Whether you’re looking for guidance on self-care, seeking to heal from past trauma, or hoping to build resilience, Lindsay brings her extensive expertise and heartfelt dedication to every session. She utilizes a strength-based and client-centered approach to help clients achieve their desired goals. Lindsay is well-versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology and is a Basic Accelerated Resolution (ART) Practitioner. Lindsay has experience with adolescents through older-adult age groups, working with mood disorders (Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar), substance abuse, panic disorders, life transitions, personal growth, esteem issues, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and suicidal ideations.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys her life as a dog mom to her 3 legged doggo named Noodle; together, they spend their time at the park, the beach, or just driving around. Recently moving back to the Tampa Bay area, on the weekends, Lindsay is exploring her city and trying to find a neighborhood market to support local businesses. If the weather does not allow for her and Noodle to be outside, she’ll be at the nearest coffee shop reading or at home jamming out to her vinyl collection.

Why Healthcare

Lindsay is passionate about providing healthcare because every person deserves to have their voice heard, to heal from experiences, and LIVE their life. Therapy allows for a person to make their headspace more cozy, lighter, and brighter. Life has enough hardships, and with a little guidance and validation- a person’s whole life could change. So her question is- why wouldn’t one be passionate about this?
