She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. She draws from a variety of techniques in her clinical work, including client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused techniques.
