About

Morgan is an approachable therapist who mainly focuses on trauma and its impact on the brain and body. She uses body awareness to help clients detect and track their triggers before their symptoms feel out of control. She begins by creating a welcoming and safe environment which allows her clients to create and work towards their own goals. She believes that change can happen when people are given the space to change and put in the work. She hopes to encourage her clients to explore what change looks like for them and practice what they learned in therapy.

Why Healthcare

Through her own battles with trauma, Morgan connects with her clients and provides them with the safe space she was unable to have growing up. But she doesn't want to stop there. Morgan's goal is to go into social welfare policy. She understands that the way our society is set up isn't conducive to a mentally healthy environment. Life should have challenges, but an increasing number of people are struggling simply to meet their basic needs. Coping skills can help in the interim, but they do not solve the issue. Addressing social issues is a more long-term solution.
