With 2+ years of experience working within the outpatient setting, she has gained experience working with a series of specialties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, codependency, and sexuality, to name a few. Through active listening, open communication, and compassion, Pamela's top priority is providing a safe and affirming space for exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences. A bit about Pamela… she loves spending time in nature, whether getting her hands dirty in the garden or hiking in the mountains. Being a personal trainer on the side, her preferred emotional outlet is weight lifting as it helps her feel strong and empowered!
