As a provider, Tiffany aims to support folks in an approach that takes in the aspects of an individual as a whole person. This means exploring what is going on in the body, mind, and spirit of a person. Tiffany offers deep listening and reflective questioning as well as introducing practices that develop insight and reflections for the client/s to get the most out of therapy.
