About
Victoria believes in the sentiment, "Your life is your story, and you are the author." That's why Victoria aims to provide unique, integrative, and client-centered care to help clients take control back in their lives and learn how to better take care of themselves, starting with mental health. Victoria is not a "one-size-fits-all" therapist and aims to work with her clients in a way that helps them reach their individualized treatment goals. Victoria has learned a range of treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness training. Victoria primarily specializes in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, women's issues, life transitions, panic attacks and relationships. Outside of her profession, Victoria loves to read fantasy and mystery novels, craft, and bake. Additionally, Victoria loves animals and is a proud feminist and LGBTQIA+ ally.

Why Healthcare
Victoria has known that she wanted to become a mental health professional since she was a young teenager. At that time, Victoria was struggling with her own mental health, suffering from Anorexia, Depression, and Anxiety. It took many mental and physical health professionals to recover over several years. However, she is here because of them. As such, Victoria has become committed to servicing others in any way she can so that she, too, can help others the way they have helped her.
