Why Healthcare
Vicki grew up in the Kensington part of Philadelphia. She saw and lived the struggles placed on low-income areas. From this experience, she decided she wanted to help people. It took navigating different career options to find the one she was most passionate about. After obtaining a psychology degree, she returned to Kensington to provide mental healthcare. Since then, it has been her goal to support individuals in working through stressors developed by systems that do not support individuals in striving in today's world.
