About
Throughout her career, Michelle has worked with children, families, and adults of all ages dealing with mental health, substance abuse, and many other difficulties. She uses evidenced based techniques blended with a holistic approach to understand all facets of an individual and provide effective personalized treatment. Michelle believes you are not just your mental health diagnosis, symptoms, struggles, or trauma. She is a firm believer in the connection between the mind and body and that every client has the strength and capacity for change and growth. Michelle uses openness, humor, and a warm regard for all my clients to build our therapeutic relationship as equals. You will work together in collaboration to address your needs. Out of the office, Michelle is a mother, hiking enthusiast, and horror movie fanatic. So, please share if you know of a good trail that she can drag her family on or a frighteningly good scary movie she has not yet seen.
