About our Yardley Location

Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Heather Bisca, APN, PMHNP-BC

A major part of Heather's personality is that she cares. She strongly believes that the mental health profession should be a culture of acceptance and understanding. It is her passion to advocate for patients who struggle with mental health issues.

Christine Amoriello, PMHNP

Chrissy is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience as a registered nurse. She believes in discussing all possible treatment options with her clients so they can make informed decisions about their care.

Pamela West, LSW

Pamela is dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable and truly heard. Her approach is laid-back and person-centered, focusing on your unique needs and goals to guide the healing process. Pamela also utilizes aspects of CBT and strengths-based approaches.

Momo Cole, APN, PMHNP, CRNP

Momo recognizes significant gaps in support for diverse communities, he aimed to create a welcoming environment prioritizing compassionate and personalized care. Before becoming a PMHNP, he worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care inpatient facilities, detox and rehabilitation units, and crisis response centers in the Philadelphia area.

Aditi Kahn, LCSW

Aditi offers counseling services to people struggling with a range of mental health conditions, including trauma, addiction, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression.

Rachel Schwartz, LMFT

Rachel enjoys helping her clients to sort what is working, what hasn't worked, and some options to try next. She prefers to work like a coach, supporting her clients as they try out small changes over time.
