Rachel strives to be helpful and transparent with her clients, offering reflective feedback, trauma-informed sensitivity, genuine respect, and acceptance. Her therapeutic practice is an eclectic mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She continued her trauma education through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness (ICM), trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and certified in Dancing Mindfulness Facilitation.
