Jeanie is trained to address those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts. She will help you identify the drivers behind those thoughts and utilize mindfulness to address those issues keeping you in crisis mode. She will work with you to find your life-worth-living goal and work towards what will bring you closer to your goal. Why Healthcare
Jeanie has struggled with feeling like she fits in and has masked who she is to fit where she was not comfortable. She truly believes we all strive for connection, but we struggle to find the connection that works for us. Either due to past trauma, struggle with guilt and shame; we need assistance to find a way to be ourselves and connect with others who mirror our weirdness. Sometimes, we just need that connection to find that we can be perfect ourselves.
