About

Sarah Ebbs began her path to social work in various caretaking and helper roles. She eventually worked towards her professional license, where she has experience working with adults and young adults with various cognitive, intellectual, and social-emotional difficulties, as well as in a traditional adult outpatient therapy setting prior to her employment here at Harmony Bay Wellness.

Sarah strives to always uphold the values of patient autonomy and cultural humility. As well as her work with people, she also enjoys spending time with animals and in the outdoors- a centering and grounding experience for her.

Why Healthcare

Sarah describes a curiosity about people and empathy towards those who may not receive it in their personal lives. She values connecting with people who may feel misunderstood or otherwise struggling in some way. She began her work in this field not after having perfected herself in any way but to potentially help others feel less alone in a lifelong journey to understand ourselves and the world around us as best we can.
