Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.
Meet Our Providers
Caswanna has worked as a crisis clinician, clinical supervisor, and medical social worker working with mothers and families who were currently or recently pregnant, had experienced a recent neonatal loss, early termination, and psychosocial stressors.
Katie is a dedicated licensed clinical social worker and bioethicist, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) into her practice.
Sarah Bernard is a multilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan in Massachusetts. She works with clients who are struggling with a myriad of mental health concerns, including substance abuse.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Kate has worked with numerous populations, including individuals suffering from substance use and a variety of mental health disorders, victims of abuse, and incarcerated individuals.
Ari is so excited to have the opportunity to meet you and learn how she can support you on your journey to your best life. Ari is a neurodivergent therapist with extensive experience working with and supporting other neurodivergent folk.
