Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Rachel Keay-McVay, LPC
Rachel continued her trauma education through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness (ICM), trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and certified in Dancing Mindfulness Facilitation.
Teri L Cardwell, LCSW, ACSW
Teri believes in building a respectful, collaborative therapy relationship with each person to assist them in achieving their highest and best selves. She believes that personal growth is achieved by further developing strengths.
Olivia Kimanzi, LSW
Olivia is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Indiana. Olivia is a mother of two: a 9-year-old girl and a 7-month-old boy. She enjoys spending time doing "mom things."
