Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Kelly offers a therapeutic space that fosters resilience, healing, and meaningful self-discovery. She is especially passionate about empowering those who feel unheard or marginalized, helping them reclaim their voice, sense of worth, and capacity for growth.

Natalie Strieter, LCPC

Natalie Strieter, LCPC

Natalie recognizes that the client is the expert in their life, and what might be best for her clients might be very different than what is best for herself. Natalie believes in utilizing collaboration from family and group therapy when appropriate to build up communication and support for her clients. Natalie is down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, here to support, listen, and educate on new solutions and healthy ways to cope with life's challenges.

Audrey believes that mental health is fluid, not fixed, and that change, while hard, is entirely possible. Whether supporting a new parent navigating identity shifts or an adult unpacking long-held beliefs and relationship patterns, she brings an open spirit and a nonjudgmental stance.

Zainab Taiwo DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Zainab emphasizes medication management grounded in evidence-based practice. She takes time to educate and partner with each patient to ensure their care aligns with their values, needs, and lived experiences as a Nigerian-American woman who understands the importance of identity and intersectionality in mental wellness. She is passionate about creating affirming, culturally responsive spaces where patients feel seen and supported.

Alyson's primary focus is to help clients identify behavioral patterns that keep them stuck in a continuous loop. Her specialty involves working with couples and individuals. Alyson utilizes evidence-based research along with a holistic approach.
