Ashley earned a Master's degree from the University of New England in 2023 and obtained her LCSW shortly after. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Ashley follows a systemic and person-centered approach that incorporates CBT and DBT techniques to promote healing, growth, and resilience. Ashley believes in meeting her clients where they are. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can address their mental health needs without judgment.
