About
I've spent the last 15 years sitting with people in some of their hardest moments, and what I've learned is that healing rarely looks the same twice. Whether you're navigating trauma, struggling with addiction, caught in cycles of anxiety or depression, working through self-esteem, or trying to make sense of your relationships and attachment patterns, I'll meet you exactly where you are.
My approach is trauma-informed at its core, because so much of how we cope and show up in the world is shaped by our experiences. From that foundation, I weave together ACT, somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology, tailored to the unique person sitting across from me. I'm not a blank-slate therapist. I show up present, genuine, and consistent, and yes, I believe humor has a place in healing too.
At the heart of my work is a strengths-based, empowerment-focused approach. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, understood, and equipped with real tools you can use between sessions. Together we'll create space for you to reconnect with your values, rebuild confidence, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentically yours.
