About

I am a clinician who prides myself on my client centered and active listening approach. Through
collaborative discussions, I help clients access their entire potential in any or all aspects of their
lives. I believe the client is the expert of their life, whereas I am simply a specialized guide who
can help unlock their full potential with my extensive knowledge of mental health. Throughout
my five years of professional experiences I have dealt with issues including but not limited to:
Anxiety, Anger Management, Substance Abuse, Family Conflict, and Transition Stressors.

Credentials, Qualifications and Languages
  • Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Community Mental Health

  • Masters of Arts in Counseling (Mental Health)

I pursed an educational path related to psychology and mental health. I have even
conducted a research study on religiousness and spirituality in young adults. In time I hope to
pursue a doctorate in counseling.

Why Healthcare

When I was younger a variety of friends and family told me I excel at listening and being
non-judgmental. However, as my life progressed I found myself wishing to help alleviate
people’s suffering. I know from experience the importance of compassionate help.
