She enjoys using a Strengths-Based Approach when working with clients to help the client recognize their potential and build confidence. Rachel has experience working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, ADHD, Self-Esteem, Adjustment Issues, Attachment Styles, and more. She also often incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in her sessions. Rachel also finds it beneficial to assist clients in recognizing how their childhood impacts their lives moving forward. Rachel enjoys spending her free time at the beach and with her loved ones!
