Tiffany is a registered counselor working with individuals who have the desire to learn new skills in order to reduce feelings of distress while increasing feelings of inner peace. She received her M.S. from Northwestern University and has more than five years of experience working in the mental health field with diverse populations. She primarily works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.
Tiffany offers support and encouragement in a non-judgmental environment for clients to come and work on their personal goals in therapy. She is trained to offer culturally responsive, psychodynamically informed, clinical mental health counseling to promote and advocate for the mental health and wellness of her clients.
Additionally, in her spare time, Tiffany enjoys traveling, visiting the beach, or playing golf. She has a tuxedo cat named Myles, which has been her biggest fan for about 9 years.
