Ally is passionate about mental healthcare because she has experienced firsthand how neglecting mental health can affect you. She has noticed the major differences between people who are mentally healthy and those who are mentally unhealthy. Ally believes that mental health is just as important, if not more important, than physical health. Often, they go hand in hand, and one directly impacts the other.
