Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for equality and mental health. She believes that every individual has unlimited power and strength within themselves and knows that strength can be harnessed to achieve their goals. Elizabeth utilizes Somatic and CBT therapies to uncover and heal what impacts us from our past and present. In her free time, she is involved in community organizing for social justice, volunteers at her local green spaces in the city to beautify the space for all to enjoy, trains her two dogs and creates art whenever she can.
